Leroy Tucker has been actively involved in ministry to young people since 1980. He has a business degree in human resource administration from Colorado Christian University and has extensive experience in church and business endeavors. He has traveled throughout the U.S., Europe and Latin America. In 2001 he and Kendal started Foundation Builders International. Leroy has a unique communication style which integrates visual object lessons and humor into every presentation. He has been married to Kendal since 1980. They have two wonderful adult children who love God with all their hearts.


Kendal has a degree in recreational therapy from the University of Northern Colorado. Her experience in education, early childhood special education and family development give her the unique ability to speak to moms, educators and professionals. She has spoken for women's retreats, parenting seminars, "Purity" conferences and community meetings.

Inspire Adults-Bless Children

Our main goal is to impart to adults the desire to reach kids. We bring hope and a clear view of the rewards available for investing in young people. We encourage those currently raising families by presenting solid parenting skills. We generate excitement and demonstrate effective teaching with an exciting kid's outreach service. Our corporate entertainment function allows us to impart valuable insight through laughter.

Equipping Educators


We meet the two great challenges that educator's face: Burnout and the lack of support services. We have a prescription for success, namely, a healthy dose of vision and a "booster shot" of practical hands-on training in order to increase and enhance teaching skills.

Creative teaching is a tool we use that shows, as well as, tells the message. Visual illustrations are like parables. They make the lesson easy to understand and are readily remembered for a long, long time.

Ben Bear CD's introduce valuable stories to modern minds. Benjamin removes the wall of intimidation that many parents and children face when they approach the Bible. You'll laugh and learn at the same time!
